We guarantee that ANY price reductions are ALWAYS passed onto existing bookings - that's reassuring, especially when you want to secure a great holiday for you or a member of your family. 

TRAVEL

As detailed in your holiday description.  When travelling by air, flights are by scheduled or charter service.  Rail travel is second class.

Transfers

From arrival airport to accommodation and vice versa and between centres (unless stated).

Airport or harbour taxes and British Air Passenger Duty

These charges are constantly under review so should these increase or additional charges be levied, we regret that we may have to pass the cost on to you.

Your walking Itinerary programme

An itinerary planned by your holiday leader is included, however local fares and entrance charges may apply. See paragraph Local Costs below.

Hotel service charges and tips

You may wish to organise your own additional tips for staff, drivers and guides – your leader can advise.

Meals

Meal arrangements are specified in each holiday description.  Most are half board, which includes breakfasts (usually continental) and evening meals, either at the hotel or in a local restaurant.  When a tour states ‘all meals’, lunch is usually a packed lunch. 

If you have any particular dietary needs, we are able to accommodate most requests but this cannot be guaranteed.  Our Reservations Team will be able to advise you further according to your chosen holiday, so please call them to discuss your needs before booking.

Surcharges

All prices are guaranteed against surcharges, except airline charges and fuel. In these circumstances, we will absorb an amount equivalent to 2% of the holiday charge. See paragraph 3 of Terms and Conditions.

Visa Processing

The cost of the visa and our processing of it are included for holidays to Bhutan, China, Cuba, Russia, Vietnam and Indo-China. Please note that we will require your passport details in good time.

What's not included

Local Costs

Local transport costs and entrance fees that are part of the holiday programme are not included unless otherwise specified. Expected costs will be indicated in the Holiday Information Sheets issued with booking confirmation, but as a guideline think in terms of an average of around £40 per week.

Details of local facilities and expected itineraries are given in good faith, but experience has taught us that they may not always be available. Every effort will be made to overcome any unforseen circumstances, particularly is safety is compromised.
